DYNAMO ATHLETES AT IVY LEAGUE SCHOOLS
Straight As and high SAT score do not guarantee acceptance. That’s where our students have a distinct advantage. Showing ability to balance schoolwork and sports, they become highly sought after students.
Just in 2022, five of Dynamo fencers were accepted to top universities:
Yale, Columbia University, UPENN, Notre Dame and others.
Even when you do not plan to fence in college/university, you are being recognized for your strategic thinking, mental stamina and perseverance.

"I originally started fencing because it was unlike anything and everything that I had tried in the past. It gave me the freedom to build off of my own unique style, all while teaching me to maintain discipline and control. Fencing has opened many doors for me and led me to incredible opportunities that I wouldn’t of received otherwise — Yale University being one of them.
Apart from the diligent hard work that I have put into this dream, I am beyond grateful to my coaches, teammates and the whole fencing community for helping me achieve this goal, and that I am sure will continue to support me in the future as I step into this new journey of my athletic and personal career. As I go off to represent Yale University at the NCAA’s, I am confident that my Dynamo Fencing Family will be cheering me on along the way."
